River Drive West Annexation Certificate Filed with State of Utah

Torrey Town has completed the River Drive West Annexation process. The attached certificate from the Utah Lieutenant Governor’s Office confirms that the notice of annexation was filed for the River Drive West Addition in Torrey Town, Wayne County, Utah.

The annexation was supported by required notices, petition certification, Ordinance 2026-08-13, and the official survey exhibit. The Town Council approved the ordinance on August 13, 2026, formally adding the property to Torrey Town limits.
