• Apple Days
  • Many thanks to the Torrey Team, and all the volunteers that made Apple Days & America 250 celebration a great success

• Cooperative Wildfire System (CWS)
  • Creating draft Torrey WUI fire map
• Meeting with EDA Architecture – new Town Hall Design
  • Nan and I met with architects at EDA architecture to discuss new town hall design
  • EDA will provide a proposal to prepare and delivery design documents that can be submitted next spring to Senator Curtis’ office for a grant to build a new town hall
  • EDA will provide design documents for the cost and project description
  • If grant is approved they will then provide build ready documents
• Code Enforcement
  • Justin is working on the ordinance update
  • Justin spoke with Mr. Nakamurra about the contract and the process
  • Sent draft contract for Ross Mitchell to Justin for review
  • Goal to have everything ready by August or September 1
• Post Office
  • Reviewing the process for submitting Needs Analysis
• Open Meeting Training
  • Working with Brock to schedule time for Open Meeting training.
  • This is mandatory training for everyone
• File Organization
  • Will start working with Pat, Karen, Melinda, Nan, Renee, & Dustin to organize files, and send historical files to Utah State Archives
• IT
  • Meeting with Kevin to plan email migration
  • Creating a network map for SC Networks
  • Planning wireless migration
  • Planning complete transfer to SC Networks
