Torrey Town is extending its deadline on Invitation to Bid: Walking Path Phase I. Central Town with Solar System Path. With this extension, potential suppliers are also requested to provide bids in a common format.

Adjusted Deadline and Project Schedule

The adjusted schedule is:

Bids Due: September 26, 2025

Award: October 4, 2025

Work Kickoff: October 9, 2025

Completion: November 18, 2025

Bid Format

Bidders are requested to provide bids in a common format. Bids that exceed budget, with justification, may be considered.

Note

Torrey Town reserves the right to not accept any bid. Torrey Town also reserves the right to adjust the location (but not the length) of the path to accommodate local stakeholder needs and to avoid any potential damage to trees, wildlife, and property.
