The restaurant is open seasonally from the last weekend of March to the last weekend of October, operating nightly from 5 PM to 9 PM. ​

The Rim Rock Patio: Offering a more casual dining experience, the Patio serves fresh-made pizza, tamales, sandwiches, and baked spaghetti. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor seating with views of Capitol Reef National Park and Torrey's iconic red rock cliffs. The Patio is open seasonally from President's Day weekend to Thanksgiving, from 4 PM to 9 PM. ​
